Marketing Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementation of marketing strategy and plan to meet company revenue and profitability target;
  • Develop a variety of products, programs, communications and content to deliver a high impact, innovative marketing function as detail below;
  • To develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns;
  • To work with sales teams to ensure that National is offering the right product, through the right channels;
  • Liaise with pricing, operations and fleet to ensure that the right demand is created via marketing initiatives at the right time and that there is capacity to deliver on demand created;
  • To manage the provision of content for National websites, Promotion/Royalty Program and develop partners in order to promote offers on websites and within direct marketing initiatives;
  • Support loyalty program acquisition and retention activities;
  • Develop marketing relationship with domestic partners including airlines and non-airlines such as energy partners, banks and credit cards etc. Ensure that National has every opportunity to present our brands to existing and potential partners and ensure that the delivery of this representation is best in class.
  • Work with external marketing agencies (if any) to develop PR plan and National Brand image
  • Work with Online Travel Agent to maintain and develop new relationship and ensure National offer the right product
  • Review, measure and report results and Return on Investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
  • Provide training, performance evaluations of marketing staff oversee their daily activities



  • Males or female
  • Age not over 40 years old
  • Qualified graduate in Business/Economic/Marketing related degree
  • Have marketing of 3-5 years with proven results
  • English communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Travel industry experience would be desirable
  • Ability to manage team
  • Ability for planning and analysing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office , PowerPoint presentation/except/world
  • Be able to travel upcountry and foreign country
