In addition to managing employees, Branch Managers are responsible for growing the

business by pursuing contracts, overseeing advertising, and ensuring that customer service
is up to the high standards of the National brand.

Station Managers must conduct themselves with dignity and inspire the respect of other
employees. Station Managers are expected to maintain punctuality and adhere to uniform
and grooming standards at all times.


Branch Manager Duties

  • Ensure that the brand is properly represented and all brand specifications are followed
    throughout all rental programs.
  • Supervise employees according to need
  • Ensure clean vehicles, a full ready line with the proper car mix, and specialty car
    management in accordance with company standards
  • Initiate and oversee process improvements
  • Resolve customer issues and disputes in a diplomatic and timely manner
  • Manage overall branch operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • Perform customer service duties on an as-needed basis
  • Supervise and interact with employees, including:
  • Direct supervision of two or more employees
  • Scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; addressing complaints and
    resolving problems
  • Providing leadership in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
  • Evaluate the customer service performance of employees, prepare effective reviews,
    and participate in the review process


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination
    of education and work-related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles, policies, procedures, and standards
    applicable to the rental car industry in general, and to the National brand in particular
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to interact effectively with employees
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to work in a self-directed way. This position
    receives little direct supervision and the candidate must be able to prioritize and work
    through tasks independently
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English, as well as the language in Thai

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Identify customer needs regarding sales, rental or service
  • Complete reservations
  • Help client identify specifications regarding equipment
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups
  • Coordinate and follow-up on service calls, past due accounts


Experience and Education

  • Must be computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • College degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales or operations
  • Knowledge of the rental or services industry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills

Drivers may be required to pick up customers and bring them to the lot, transport
customers from the lot an airport or hotel, transport vehicles to and from outside vendors,
or perform any of a number of driving tasks.
For this reason, Drivers not only must be safe and capable vehicle operators with a good
working knowledge of routes and destinations, they also must have the people skills
necessary for dealing with customers and vendors, plus a good working knowledge of the
station fleet and lot orientation.

Driver Duties

  • Safely drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed
  • Deliver customers to appropriate destinations in a safe and courteous manner
  • Ride with or follow other drivers to drop off vehicles or to pick up multiple vehicles
  • Notify the manager of any customer or vehicle problems
  • Ensure proper fuel tank level
  • Accurately complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles
  • Organize travel routes, and ensure that vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely
  • Clean vehicles
  • Assist customers with directions, car options, and luggage loading and unloading, if


Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Possession of, or ability to acquire, any special license classifications necessary based on
    the types of vehicles used at the station
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including buses and large trucks, safely and
    skillfully on many types of roads and in all weather conditions
  • Knowledge of, and ability to follow, rules and laws pertaining to traffic and safety in Thailand
  • Ability to read and interpret maps and to follow verbal directions
  • Ability to make appropriate judgments, while keeping customer service, safety and time
    sensitivity a priority
  • Ability to assist passengers and lift heavy objects when requested
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and fellow employees
    in a multi-cultural environment

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementation of marketing strategy and plan to meet company revenue and profitability target;
  • Develop a variety of products, programs, communications and content to deliver a high impact, innovative marketing function as detail below;
  • To develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns;
  • To work with sales teams to ensure that National is offering the right product, through the right channels;
  • Liaise with pricing, operations and fleet to ensure that the right demand is created via marketing initiatives at the right time and that there is capacity to deliver on demand created;
  • To manage the provision of content for National websites, Promotion/Royalty Program and develop partners in order to promote offers on websites and within direct marketing initiatives;
  • Support loyalty program acquisition and retention activities;
  • Develop marketing relationship with domestic partners including airlines and non-airlines such as energy partners, banks and credit cards etc. Ensure that National has every opportunity to present our brands to existing and potential partners and ensure that the delivery of this representation is best in class.
  • Work with external marketing agencies (if any) to develop PR plan and National Brand image
  • Work with Online Travel Agent to maintain and develop new relationship and ensure National offer the right product
  • Review, measure and report results and Return on Investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
  • Provide training, performance evaluations of marketing staff oversee their daily activities



  • Males or female
  • Age not over 40 years old
  • Qualified graduate in Business/Economic/Marketing related degree
  • Have marketing of 3-5 years with proven results
  • English communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Travel industry experience would be desirable
  • Ability to manage team

Description of the position – To be provided

Rental Agents provide customer service at nearly all points in the rental experience,
determining customer needs and offering optional products in a professional and courteous
manner while ensuring that customers understand the rental contract and all charges.
Rental Agents are expected to deal with impolite or demanding customers and handle
questionable rental transactions with diplomacy and tact. They must become well-versed in
all policies and procedures pertaining to rental transactions for the National brand, and stay
up-to-date on any policy changes which may be made by management.

Rental Agent Duties

  • Make eye contact, greet each customer with a smile, and answer the phone in a friendly,
    professional, and helpful manner. Provide all customers with undivided attention while
    assisting them.
  • Use approved sales and service techniques to offer optional products appropriate to
    individual customer needs
  • Ensure that all reservation information is accurate, vouchers are properly credited, the
    RA is accurate, and customers receive the correct class of vehicle. Prepare all
    rental and return documents accurately and completely.
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area and appropriate service information
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of
    rates and service charges
  • Attempt to effectively resolve any customer service issues which arise during a shift
  • Maintain the appearance of the rental counters and areas to present a neat and orderly
    image, and ensure that the counter is stocked with appropriate supplies.
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality and a professional
    appearance and demeanor at all times


Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work related
    experience in the rental car or service industry, as well as a valid driver’s license and a safe driving
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn the booking system used by National Thailand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to make decisions and to work calmly in stressful situations
